Abstract

There has been a concern for years that extension credit courses offered off campus are inferior to those offered on the resident campuses. The authors compared off- and on-campus, graduate-level courses and found no differences in quality of students, professors, and the learning situation. This study suggests that off-campus courses may be different from on-campus courses, however.
